Guest Play and Outside Participation Policy
APEX players benefit from a structured development environment designed to prevent burnout and ensure appropriate workload. To support this, the following applies:
- APEX players must seek permission from their APEX coach before training or guest-playing with any non-APEX team.
- Players may not participate in events against another Stillwater Soccer Club team without prior approval from the Director of Coaching.
- Players should discuss any desire for additional training or games with their APEX coach to identify appropriate, safe options within the club.
- These policies help us manage player health, progression, and ensure alignment with APEX development goals.
