Player Commitment & Release Policy
Upon team placement and registration in the APEX Program, a player is making a year-long financial and team commitment, spanning August 1 – July 31.
- Players requesting release from the program must submit a formal request by emailing stillwatersoccerclub@gmail.com .
- A release is not guaranteed. All outstanding financial obligations must be paid in full, and approval must be granted by the Coach, Director of Coaching, and Club Administrator.
- In some cases, additional prorated costs (e.g., team fees, pre-paid tournament costs) must be covered before a release is granted.
- Prepaid dues may be partially refunded if a release is approved, but no refunds are issued once a payment month has started.
